Satisfied customers are the highest priority at goa, so we’ve developed the goa billboards 7 point guarantee.

Skins produced and installed under our supervision and care will ensure the maximum standards of image clarity and colour fastness, for your peace of mind.

1. Replacement and installation as a result of theft
2. Replacement and installation as a result of fade
3. Replacement and installation as a result of adhesion failure (posters and trivision vinyls)
4. Replacement and installation as a result of image chipping, peeling or cracking
5. Replacement and installation as a result of inaccurate colour matching
6. Replacement and installation or rectification as a result of graffiti, storms or cyclone damage
7. Any loss of display time due to late delivery of skins will be made good with free showing on booked or alternate sites (conditional upon artwork deadlines being met).

Terms and Conditions for the goa 7 Point Production Guarantee

1. Replacement as a result of theft is limited to theft whilst the material is displayed on a billboard site contracted through goa billboards;
2. Replacement and installation as a result of fade, image chipping, peeling or cracking is limited to: skins (up to five years); self adhesive vinyls (up to three years); and posters (up to three months) from the date of initial installation;
3. Replacement and installation as a result of adhesion failure is limited to posters and trivision vinyls up to three months from the date of installation;
4. For point 7 of the Guarantee to remain valid, the following deadlines must be observed:
   • In situations where material (posters, skins) is delivered late and provided deadlines have been met by the client, then goa will provide free showing to the value of the lost time, i.e. the number of sites by the number of days the material is not showing. Any free showing will be made at goa’s discretion during or after the booked period, and on sites of goa’s choice provided they equal or exceed the dollar value of any lost time.
5. We endeavour to carry out all rectifications within 48 hours of being notified via either our internal site monitoring or advice from the client or agency. However, should a new skin, overlay, or special access be required, allow up to 5 working days.

* Please note that goa cannot provide any of the above guarantees, including rectifications, on production (skins and posters) sourced from other suppliers, and is limited to display on billboard sites contracted through goa billboards.
