It is visible to commuters travelling from the northern suburbs of Lutwyche, Clayfield, Hamilton, Ascot and towards Bowen Hills and the city. The site is located near a popular McDonalds, the Albion retail strip, the Albion Marketplace, Albion Fine Trades shopping precinct, as well as a distillery, coffee shops, restaurants and takeaway food outlets.
